The products we source receive the highest level of maintenance without conditions.
First, we take them to the CASIO service station, where we replace the batteries with new ones.
Depending on the product, primary batteries or rechargeable secondary batteries are replaced with new ones.
If there is deterioration (such as cracks) in the resin parts (case, bezel, band, etc.), and there is a possibility that they may be damaged during the battery replacement process, we may refuse to perform the battery replacement.
Why? Many of these are high-performance wristwatches with a water resistance of 10 atmospheres or more. Attempting maintenance on such products without the expertise of a skilled repair technician can lead to unexpected malfunctions.
During battery replacement, a waterproof test is conducted simultaneously. We do not accept only battery replacement as a service; it includes a specialized device for pressure and decompression tests.

For example, as with the iPhone, when a new model is released, people will line up in front of the shop overnight if necessary.
Similarly, we also deal with many limited edition models of G-SHOCK, and as soon as they are announced, we research the sales locations and either line up on the release date or visit multiple stores until we finally get our hands on one. Then we take great care of it.
